The Mix master servers were all down, and it turned out NOT to be the cat's fault, nor even the Windows 10 update (well, w10 might have been a factor), the problem was:
Comcast changed my IP address
And that led to a small ripple in port-forwarding, which I think I have resolved. And thank goodness I left myself notes from the last time.
ANYWAY, if you run a MIX server (or any of the MIX games), you will need to restart them all now, to pick up the new IP address.
